CASE FILE · QA-2026 / SANTA MONICA, CA
I find what's broken.
And I improve it.
QA Engineer with a diverse background testing web, mobile, and LLM powered applications. Prior to software, I spent six years managing catastrophe insurance claims; a role that required rigorous evidence investigation, risk assessment, and decisive action under pressure. I bring that same analytical instinct to tech, building thorough test plans that ensure stable releases.

01 — THE INVESTIGATOR
From claims files to test plans
I spent over six years as a catastrophe claims adjuster, hurricanes, fires, hailstorms, and tornadoes. Investigating evidence and assessing risk in catastrophe insurance taught me how to spot flaws under pressure. It rewired my brain, and when I decided to shift into software, that mindset came with me.
Now at TalkTastic, I test our LLM app across every platform, from Mac and iPad to Pixel and Samsung. I focus on making sure prompts hit the mark, transcriptions are flawless, and regressions don't make it out the door. There’s nothing more satisfying than breaking something before a customer sees it, then giving the dev team the exact roadmap to fix it.
I'm happiest when I can prove something is broken before a customer ever sees it, then hand engineering a report clear enough to fix it once.
